Established patients from prior practice $3000
Non member telemedicine care $75 per visit
Non member housecalls $250 per visit
Internal medicine consultations available, fees based on level of complexity

• 24/7 Continuous Care and Accessibility.
• Same-day appointments and after-hours care included in fee.
• Emergency room consultations as appropriate.
• Personalized Highest Quality Acute and Chronic Internal Medicine Care
• Available basic lab testing and results, electrocardiogram, hearing testing, spirometry at point of care are inclusive.
• Minor procedures
• No additional charges for visits, included in annual fee.
• Complete preventive care following updated USPTF (United States Preventive Services Task Force), AMA, and CDC guidelines.
• Vaccination coordination and administration as appropriate.
