Andrew Savin M.D.
Dr. Andrew L. Savin is a seasoned internist with over 35 years of experience in patient-centered care. His journey into medicine began as a child, inspired by his grandfather’s “bone book” (Grant’s Anatomy) and a fascination with the intricacies of the human body. Growing up in Chicago, he observed his father, a compassionate dentist, who taught him the value of care and genuine connection with patients—a philosophy that became the cornerstone of Dr. Savin’s practice. Dr. Savin graduated as a biology major from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana before earning his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. The moment he received his white coat marked a defining point in his life—a culmination of years of curiosity, passion, and dedication to the field of medicine.
Dr. Savin went on to set up and lead a thriving primary care practice in Illinois, growing it into one of the largest in the region. In 2015, he relocated to South Florida to provide care in a new community, quickly building a practice of over 2,000 patients through his emphasis on preventive care, accurate diagnostics, and accessibility. Now, at 61, he has transitioned to a tele-home concierge model, blending telemedicine and in-home visits to deliver personalized, modern, and convenient care. If needed, a standard office setting is available.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Savin is deeply devoted to his wife, Marla, his two adult sons, and their family dog, Luna. His hobbies reflect his curious and active nature: from tinkering with models to cycling with his wife, landscaping, and exploring the ever-evolving world of science and technology. Dr. Savin’s practice embodies his lifelong mission: to provide high-quality, compassionate, and accessible care that improves lives while adapting to the needs of the modern world.
