When you are a Savin Cares Patient, you receive ultimate personalized VIP care without the constraints of a traditional brick-and-mortar office. The yearly concierge dues cover all telemedicine visits, home visits, and point-of-care testing when appropriate. There will be no billing to insurance for any Savin Cares encounters; however, insurance will still be required for outside testing, such as imaging, specialized laboratory tests, specialist visits, and hospital care.

Most visits can be conducted through the telemedicine platform. In cases where direct contact is necessary, a house call will be arranged. The telemedicine care kits, included in the yearly fee when paid in full, enhance remote visits. This hybrid approach—combining appropriate house calls with anytime, anywhere telemedicine visits—ensures comprehensive care, facilitating easier and faster physician access and potentially preventing complications from delays in care.

In-Home Visits
When telemedicine is not sufficient and a physical visit is required, a fully equipped, transportable office is available, providing on-site testing and treatment for various health issues and minor injuries. These visits are included in the yearly concierge dues, eliminating the need for insurance.
Point-of-care CLIA-waived testing included in the concierge fee:

cholesterol panel, and urinalysis

All in-home visits are conducted with the utmost respect and minimal disruption to your home. Typically, a kitchen or dining table with chairs is sufficient. In cases where an examination table and privacy screen are necessary, they will be provided. The physician will determine the type of visit or test needed based on clinical indications and appropriate management.
Diagnostic and Preventive Services
Diagnosing illnesses often requires testing. While some diagnoses can be determined visually or through patient history, hands-on evaluation is sometimes necessary. During a home visit, a “miniature lab” can be set up, allowing for rapid diagnostic testing, including electrolyte analysis, anemia detection, urinary infection screening, kidney function assessments, diabetes monitoring, and more—typically within 10 to 30 minutes. This allows results to be available for discussion and diagnosis before the physician leaves, ensuring immediate treatment decisions.
Beyond laboratory tests, a full electrocardiogram with 12 leads, spirometry respiratory testing, and an audiogram for accurate hearing assessments can be performed. A full complement of transportable medical equipment transforms each patient’s home into a temporary medical office.
The Telemedicine Care Kit
This kit is designed to improve diagnostic accuracy and enhance the availability of remote care. Patients who pay their yearly fee in full receive a telemedicine kit, which contains medical equipment for checking vitals and assisting in better visualization of the patient during their remote visit.
With these tools, patients can enhance the effectiveness of their telemedicine consultations, ensuring a more accurate and seamless remote healthcare experience.
